Greet from Hanoi.

Hi everybody,
Hoping all of you to have a nice day!
My name is lan (lana), a girl from Vietnam. I work as an oversea marketing officer of Vietnam Manpower JSC, a manpower agency of Vietnam. Therefore, i am often going on business abroad to establish and maintain relationships with oversea partners which have demand of Vietnamese labor. More than 10 years and really i feel this job is sensitive but very interesting. I have chance to go abroad, travel, make friend with people in other countries...
This is a part of reason i am here, a newbie :D. This forum will bring me more chances to talk, chat or discuss together, especially in business filed. So i am pleased to talk and make friend with all of you here. :D
Many thank and best regards,

Any tips for homeworkers?

Do you work from home? How do you increase your productivity?

When starting a business, an entrepreneur may not always have an office to conduct operations, since this would mean paying monthly rent, plus all the services like equipment, electricity and telephone, among others.

One option to solve this problem is to work from home; however, doing so implies certain responsibilities and rules to establish from the outset, to maximise time and not fall into the routine.

For starters, someone who works from home should enjoy what they do, so it is important to fully believe in the project or task in which they are involved.

So, do you have any tips for homeworkers like me and others? Many thanks for your advices :)

Starting to get my business inventory up and running

Okay I have posted here before about being unemployed and what is the next step. Thanks for the answers now I have another question?

My business consist of computer repair and cell phone repair. There isn't any cost for me to do computer repair unless its a house call for gasoline or a part that is needed for the customer*. I have been doing cell phone repairs for 5+ years and I am known in my community as the cell phone repair guy. I want to improve and want to get organized to make money I can track. I have always told customers that they will need to wait 3 to 5 business days to get the part in. How can I improve the time for the part to come in. I live in an apartment and I can store stuff in my office space for inventory. How do I go about selecting a vendor to supply the cell phone screens. I usually use eBay or amazon and I just need help keeping an inventory of cell phone screens. Is there any software, tips and tricks and etc. Please help.

I have a credit card with a local bank that the limit is at 2,000 I was thinking that I should at least keep one cell phone part per model ie. iphone5c and Samsung s5. With the money that I receive for the repairs I can pay the credit card off and invest in other business needs.

Cash flow / Selling price.

Hi everyone !

I started on my research to buy an existing business. I am thinking about nothing in particular, yet just out of curiosity, can a business have a cash flow way superior to its selling price or should I really be on guard when finding such a listing? (I'm talking about 4 or 5+ times superior). Is it common enough not to be suspect? Thank you !

Sole Proprietor to Partnership? Or sell shares? Form a corporation?

I have owned and operated a small company for the past five years and invested around $45,000 into it. It has a strong profit margin but earns a modest annual gross income...around 40,000. To expand I have been approached by people who can program and could expand my website and monthly magazine. I am wondering how to move forward without going into debt for it. Profit sharing? Partnership? Shares?
