How to Structure High-Performing Teams

I am interested in starting a blog that helps businesses and managers structure the best teams for success. Would this be an interesting topic to anyone? It seems that once a business is up and running its tough to know who to hire, how to structure the most effective teams and how to best manage and motivate employees for productivity. Would you agree? Additional topics would include developing a company culture, how to empower employees, and developing alternative business structures outside of the traditional hierarchy...would this be helpful information for business owners? Are there other interests, pain points or topics you would find helpful? Thanks for the input!

How to start this business, I have no clue.

I have always wanted to create custom products and sell them to the consumers. However, I don't have any idea how to get started, who to talk to, and if I need a lot of people to achieve this goal. I don't know what products I want to make yet, but I am very determined about learning how to start one. What do I need to do to get started with this kind of a business? I have about 70k to work with right now and I have about 200k that I am unable to have at the moment.
