I know getting an SSL/TLS on the forum was something that was on VG's list. Thankfully it's easier and cheaper than it used to be.
Having a secure site basically means that the connection between you and the site is encrypted so that snoopers cannot insert themselves anywhere in between.
Besides the fact that Google is going to start putting up ugly messages when sites aren't secure, I thought it was just prudent to do so.
Let me know if anyone experiences any issues because of it.
