I understand not being able to create maneuver nodes when not connected to Commnet, but at least let us delete them!

I don't want control all the time. And I also don't want my time warping being interrupted exactly because I will have no control at the maneuver node and consequently will have nothing to do about it.I understand not being able to create maneuver nodes when not connected to Commnet, but at least let us delete them!
