Due to nothing crashing, I didn't know if there was a log I could post, so, inform me if there is. Again, sorry if this is a bug you are already aware of.

It's due to how scatterer is rendered. That's a normal thing for large scale planet packs that have scatterer installed. It's out it my hands unfortunately.[KSP 1.3.1] Galileo's Planet Pack [v1.5.3] 10 Oct 2017]
