Business Lines of Credit (Unsecured) Up To $200,000

There is a new commercial lending program on the market that offers operating businesses and start-ups (yes start-ups) no documentation funding. The borrower can access up to 200K solely based on a credit score of 680 or better. This is an unsecured line of credit with a 0% introductory rate from 6-24 months. Funds can be liquidated or used as flexible spending. Lines come with business credit cards and checks. The borrower can use the credit line for whatever they want without any restrictions. The lender will lend up to 200K to first time borrowers. Once the borrower has a history of repayment they will lend into the seven-figure range. This program also very popular with real estate investors and flippers.
