I'm considering registering a new business concept however I am struggling as I wade through the options as applied to my situation.
I'm involved in a civil union within which we file jointly. However, in planning for our future, I would like to create a legal entity (C, S, LLC, etc) which would provide monies for our future. I want to create and independently operate the venture without the knowledge of my partner.
This said, is there an entity where:
The LLC looks like it's not the way to go as the monies are to pass through to a single entity's 1040 or other tax documents and one major goal is leaving my partner unaware of the venture.
Does what I'm considering exist? I'm wondering of there is some play on WY or NV (etc(s)) registered agents which could allow these goals to be met.

- I can create an entity with a legal independent status
- It would not have to be reported on my income
- It would be unknown on our joint returns
- It could receive and distribute funds into some bank (whether brick mortar bank / paypal)
