So, I thought of an idea that could be potentially huge

A small, sleek and portable kitchen appliance that'd heat up your Mexican tortilla chips to that classic restaurant-style warmth.

The device would be a huge hit at parties, get-togethers, etc. but also for dinners, or something to better your midnight snack. This could spark a trend of having the tortilla chips with your dinner always be expectedly warm, too. Tortilla chips are bought practically bi-weekly in American homes, and my device could easily be tucked away in a cabinet. The customer base is there - build it, and they will come.

>ovens
>toaster ovens
>microwaves

Nobody wants to heat up the house over just chips with an oven, and for the microwave or a toaster oven...All microwaves heat up differently, and nobody knows how long they'd need to be put in for, it's trial-and-error every time. Similar with the toaster oven. Indeed, this is why practically nobody does that. My device however would have a variety of buttons for the different styles of chips out there, each time giving you perfected heated chips when you take them out.

NO such product like what I'm imagining exists. Only gigantic impractical things that very few people use. Nothing like the $19.99 easy design that I'm imagining.

A circular base with a small upright tube attached on top would give it the small & compact design. It could be lithium ion powered as well. Perfect when the outlets are being used in the kitchen, or for being used outside, or in a different room.

Could this idea take off?

My idea is actually practical: Nobody knows how long you should put your chips in the toaster oven or microwave to get them that perfect hot temperature - something my device would give.
