Just out of interest, PB666: How are you planning to prevent your magic "magnetic field generating satellites" from aligning perfectly with the solar magnetic field? If the satellites generate a field strong enough to have any impact on protecting the atmosphere from the solar wind no form of RCS will keep the satellites aligned....Mars Colonization Discussion Thread
