Hey everyone! My name is Caleb. Myself and four other people started a software company in Columbia, SC. The entire premise of the software is to help strengthen businesses' relationships with their customers through improved communication leading to improved customer retention. We are in the very early stages of development, and we are trying to get the best product/market fit possible. Right now we have 4 features:
1) record keeping - archiving business activities and the ability to send electronic invoices
2) notifications - the ability to send immediate or delayed notifications (work orders) about the status of a particular job
3) feedback - the ability to gain feedback from their customer (3-5 question surveys)
4) mass messaging - mass email and sms functionality
All that being said, we are trying to focus our energy on developing software that adds value to businesses that provide a service. Please provide your input into which of the 4 features would have the greatest impact on your business and what type of business you own.
