Business income vs. your income

So I'm going to LLC. My self and setup a business account at the bank. If I write my self a check to my self from my business account that counts as income I assume? What does all the money paid to the business count as my income?

I'm on unemployment and starting up my own business I just don't want to ruin the unemployment by getting pennies here and there while I build up my business.
