How should I go about starting a swimsuit line?

How should I go about starting a swimsuit line?
I want to start a swimsuit line for men that is a cross between comfort and elegance and luxury.
I have all the funds and have some designs and ideas for the swim wear but I myself am not good at sewing or drawing really and do not know where to go from here or how to move forward. So how should I move forward in this process?
