I am looking for people that really do have a great business idea, and are looking for investors. We are a group of two people, and if necessary, we are willing to invest up to 50 000USD to the concept, that we think has a great potential.
Let me provide some specifications for the ones that are looking for investors (in order to filter flimsy offers):
• If you have an idea, and if you haven’t yet started a business, please provide me a specific vision how are you going to accomplish it. I want to get all the detailed information where the money will be used, and why exactly there and not somewhere else.
In short, it will not be enough to tell that it is a good place to invest, and that it will make you tons of money. You need to provide all the detailed information, facts, statistics and etc. to prove that this is the case.
• If it is an already established business, then you need to provide all the financial data.
• As I already mentioned, the investment is up to 50 000USD. It works in a very simple way: we provide the investment for your business, and in return we get a particular amount of shares (we become partners). We don’t want more than 60-70% of shares, because we are not seeking to purchase the business. You also have to be a part of it.
Some things that you could mention:
1. What niche are you in and why?
2. What is your target market?
3. How popular is your product or service?
4. Is your product or service seasonal?
5. What is the age-range and income-range for your potential customers?
6. How much competition do you have?
7. What is unique about your business?
8. Do you have any abilities in this sphere?
