Placement of higher learners in companies for practical training

I have this idea of opening an office with a website whereby companies can be listed and students can be registered. Therefore, when a student needs practical training or to volunteer we will be linking them to the companies. I will implement this idea in my country Tanzania.



Students will have to pay registration fee, how do you find my idea? do you think will works? any suggestions?
