How to promote a new property website ?

Hello guys,

I am going to launch a brand new property website ( like kelsey.lk) based sri lanka, Asia. I would like to have some good suggestions from you all about how to promote the site. I already know some of the way to promote like Goolge Adwards, SEO, Social media Etc but, I want get a few suggestions that come from outside the box. Please leave your suggestion.
