I own a technology company, and i was wondering, if it was legal for me, to find people that are good at what they do, and set up a business for them, for the sole purpose of them becoming Independent Contractors for me. What would happen, is I would, for instance, find a college graduate, and ask him if he wanted to work for me as a Independent Contractor, and then if he accepts, then help him set up his independent contractor company, and give him the start up funds to do so, then hire him. Would that be some sort of conflict of interest, or would it be ok.
