Vonage as a Phone System for the Office?

Hi All,

We are going to try out Vonage as the phone system for our office. We're a small business that wants good quality sound and speakerphones, host good conference calls, transfer calls easily, etc. Anyone have experience dealing with Vonage for the office phone system?

Also, does anyone know if this system has a recording option, even if we continue with Verizon as our internet service?

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated!
