Facebook "Bot"

I am currently working for a start-up company that is working on implementing an automated Facebook messenger service for small businesses. This "bot" would allow customers to set up appointments, ask questions, and add money to your store credit (powered through CinchKey...which is the company I'm currently interning for). The bot is new and has room for improvement, so we'd like your feedback on how you think you could utilize this, how you think it can be helpful, and if you'd consider implementing this.
