How to find my packaging business opportunities

I am a newbie for international marketing on our factory packaging products which include a variety of plastic caps, I found it is very difficult to find a client whom are sourcing these packaging materials, I don't know how to find them, I searched google but always found nothing, sometimes I got an email and when I sent an email to the target but no one get back to me for inquiry.



Anyone could teach me how can I effectively find business opportunities for my packaging sales ? Thanks!
