Seeking help for a business dealing in art

I run a small not-for-profit company selling African paintings from some very talented artists. I have put on exhibitions in the States and the UK but now find it is all getting too much. I would love to find someone with a genuine interest who would help me with the marketing side of the business with a view to eventually taking it over.
