Coffee and cookies - think it would work??

I've been dreaming of owning my own business for many years. I know the market is saturated with cupcake places, so I thought I'd research and investigate the idea of a small storefront or even part of a house selling only coffee (and tea, cocoa, etc.), and half a dozen types of cookies.

Any input, name ideas, advice would be very much appreciated!!
