How to do Facebook Ads for a recruitment app?

Hi guys,

I'm new here and don't think if this is appropriate to ask this question.

I have a new recruitment app targeting the US. I want to do Facebook advertising, but I can't see any similar types of ads.

Most app ads are utilities and games. Is it because it's not suitable for a recruitment app? such as LinkedIn or Indeed?

I do have some Facebook ad experience but mainly in utilities.

What do you think? Do you think I should target elsewhere?
