My wife and I work together all though we have only been married for 3 years she has worked for me for 22. She never took a check in those years and now would like to file as self employed with me. She is looking to get credit with SS I think. If we file her as self employed with me or a form 1065 how will this affect my taxes? What would be the best for both off us?
