Splitting business fairly

Good morning. I own a mobile makeup and hair company with a partner. We are on our second year and are getting quite busy. Right now, I am in charge of checking and responding to any Facebook requests from clients and she is in charge of all email requests. I am finding that it more people book through email and we want to make it fair.

How can we go about checking our FB messages and Emails and make it fair for the both of us? We need some kind of system but not sure what.
