Alright, so I have hired a mobile app developer. I hired him on Freelancer.com a while ago, and I decided to hire him again. We agreed on payment and everything over Facebook. I forgot what his Freelancer was but I did remember his name, so that's how I've been contacting him. We started development, and every time I message him over Facebook, he doesn't even read my messages. I would just figure he's not on, but it's quite annoying when a few second it says "Active Now" and he hasn't even read it. I don't know how to make him respond more, it's getting quite troubling. Any ideas?
