Wha to do with my restaurant

Hello ,



I opened up a restaurant about 8 months ago. It is a very nice small (18 seats) restaurant. I have reasonable menus, but the problem is that the business is very slow since

the beginning. We also have a competitors 1 mile down the road. I need some idea people. What can I do to improve my business or any ideas of what I can turn this restaurant into ? (I am thinking maybe I can run a different type of business since I have the place. I really do not want to close this business :( Please help )
