- Set a measurable goal (I want to grow my business is not a goal, I want USD.... in revenue by 2020 is the goal)
- Divide your goals for a year and then split them per month wise.
- Create a task list for the month, week and day (you can use asana for this purpose) (You need to know, what actually you can accomplish today according to their priority. Priority setup is a big skill you have to develop.)
- Just complete all daily tasks and set up a new one for tomorrow and complete that too.
- Repeat this habit for each day.
- Dont work on weekend. Give this time to your family.
- At night, think what you did last week, was there had any improvement scope. If you find something, implement on next week.
- Do this throughout the month.
- At the end of the month, check how far youve moved, how good you did and how better you can do at next month.
It's not a rocket science. It's all about the practice you do over and over.
By the way, I am not one who did lots of things but this is what I learnt from my 6 years business journey.
