Low Cost Merchant Account?

Hi everyone,

Was wondering if anyone could recommend a low cost merchant engine that allows me to setup recurring payments from a customer's bank account, or debit/credit cards. As of now, I generate my invoices through Freshbooks and have customers submit their payments through paypal.
