Hey All,
I'm just wondering if anyone here does 3D mailings?
I'm the only one in my area that I know who does 3D mailings.
I do a 3-step campaign to expired listings (real estate). First step is a postcards telling the prospective seller to be expecting a home seller's guide. The second mailing is the home seller's guide, sales letter, screen shot of Angie's List reviews, and a Rubik's cube (Makes the envelope lumpy so it'll get opened). The third step is a trash can with a sales letter.
So far I'm at a 6.38% response rate and 2.12% listing rate.
So, anyone else doing 3D mailings?
