My wife and I run an online store and we've recently been hit with some fraudulent orders. Luckily we caught it before shipping anything out. My question is, what is everyone doing to combat this? Are there some helpful links or articles to look at? We use Volusion as our shopping cart/ecommerce platform, and they provide us with a "fraud score" for every order, but I'd like to know what other businesses are doing.
