I'm looking for a website where you can post up a business idea and it will be seen by investors.
Not something crazy expensive and complicated like funded or kickstarter, etc.. more like a forum or a craigslist type of situation (yeah we posted on craigslist too). Looking to approach anyone with extra money wanting to invest, not just large corporations or celebrities. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Little background...
Been trying to get funding for 2 years and after 1000's of letters to investors and companies, nothing. We _almost_ got Virgin to invest but since it's impossible to talk with Richard Branson, (trust me, you can't do it now matter how hard you try and we tried things you would not believe) we could only talk to the business-school minions that run his company. They could not see it because they are just workers who lack vision. The money meant nothing, saving lives meant nothing, helping people meant nothing, enhancing their brand meant nothing. Yet somehow they invest in Virgin Wines... Highly confusing, but we solider on.
I know a lot of you who worked hard to get funding (and those still trying) can relate. How to reach other owner-class people who get the divide between owner and worker, who have depth of vision and are teachable? It's like tossing pearls before swine most of the time.
