Honey Importing

Hello, I'm Kris. First time poster, so if this belongs anywhere else then I'm sorry. I would like to make a business of importing honey. I have a european supplier, but right now I'm just starting to gather information on regulations. I was hoping somebody around this forum with some experience in this area would be willing to share any information or advice that may be helpful. Right now I'm specifically looking for information regarding regulations, mainly on the suppliers side, but also what will be required on my side here in the states. I'm just trying to see if this idea is close to viable. Thanks in advance for any information.
