College- Whats your take on it and where did you go?

I am in a unique position because not only is all my college expenses paid for, but I even get paid to attend college. I have two degrees under my belt and I am finishing my graduate degree as we speak. However, I know education isn't for everyone and many people have found considerable success without going to college; which got me thinking, what is everyone else doing? What did you do? Where did you go? And if you didn't go to college, why not?
