What form do I require for freelance translators I am contracting?

I am a sole proprietor who has just started a translation agency. I am beginning to get resumes and emails from potential freelance translators to work with me on a freelance basis (many outside of the U.S.) Are there any forms that I need to have the freelancers complete and return to me before I can hire them and begin assigning them work?
