Crazy question: I have been running a business for three years under a registered business name. I would like to re-brand my business under an existing business' name. ie.. My current business name is Joe's Salads and I'd like to keep my business but brand it as Frank's BBQ. Of course, Frank's BBQ already exists and is giving me the "OK" to use Frank's BBQ name. I'm guessing I need to see a lawyer in my state to assure myself of the answer, but has anyone done something like this and can point me in the right direction? Thanks.
