Tego Releases World’s First Dual Memory RFID Chip

Tego has played a leading role in the creation of the ATA standard and introducing a dual memory RFID chip is a first for the industry. TegoChip DM was developed in response to several customers finding that current 2Kbit RFID chips are generally not able to hold the ATA Dual-Record. Now there is a chip solution from Tego that gives compliance for the full range of data options allowed by the ATA. The newly released TegoChip DM complements TegoChipTM MMTM (Multi-record Memory), which fully meets the Multi-Record format. Both TegoChip DM and TegoChip MM are available inside TegoTags, Tego’s next generation of flight-certified RFID tags just released for the aviation industry.
