What platform?

I would like to have a website similar to this one where I can post up some vids and pictures with link to fb, instagram, etc. Can anyone please point me in the right direction as to where I can start to even create a site like this? I've been trying to find out what I need to learn and who I should find to help, but it's a bit overwhelming to try and start this since I have no background in creating or running a website, but it's definitely a goal of mine. Can someone please have a quick look at Fit Affinity Fitness - Women's Fitness Clothing , Activewear and let me know what it might take to have a website with a similar format?
