SDAT (State Dept of Assesment and taxation) records each natural individuals name in all UPPER CASE letters, 'capitalizing' names.
When information is submitted to other agencies (ie: treasury/DMV...) names are recorded in UPPER CASE.
Why is UPPER CASE a big deal?
Because its creates a 'trade name' from our natural name.
The deception is...both spellings sound the same so we do not recognize the difference.But it is a huge difference on paper.
Trade name is a Business name (Wikiepdia: trade name) also verified by SDAT.
So if you labor for a living and cannot understand why you are being hit with so many different taxes/fees/charges.... is because on paper, you appear as a Business, a Business that receives profit (income).
Appearing as a Business on paper, also explains why your paycheck is referred as "income".
Income is profit.
