[Reseach of demand] IT outsource in Ukraine

Hi All!



Let me introduce myself: I'm web-marketing specialist and I work for US customers for 5 Years. Main customers of company, where I'm working now are industry leaders in USA IT-technologies and manufacturers of precision techniks.



I work in Odessa (Ukraine), You may heard of this country in news for last 6 month. :)

As situation looks to be stabilizing, not without help of Your country (thanks for that:) ) I'm interested in researching of demand for Ukarainian outsource IT services.



Deal is, we have a strong potential of skilled IT specialist here with a cheap rate. For example out industry players are such companies like Luxoft, Intersog, Ciklum and other big companies (Full list here - jobs.dou.ua/ratings/. Sorry, there are no English version).



So there are only 2 question I would like to get answers for:



"Does anybody interested in having business with Ukrainian IT companies?"

"Would You like to be a single customer or part of new company, that we can create here in Ukraine?"



Rate range of Ukrainian IT-specialists for May 2014:



Developers (PHP, DotNet, JS etc.) $10-$25

Managers (Team, QA, Release) - $15-$25

QA - $10-$20

Marketing people (SEO, PPC, Analytics) - $10-$20

System Administrators - $10-$20



I will be appriciate to get answers, and maybe some discussions about this idea.
