Can I sell a software from the company I founded to the company I am employed at?

Can I sell a software from the small company I founded to the large company I am an employee? What If I am also the buyer?



I am an employee with some purchasing power. I am also an entrepreneur who built a very niche software and sold it to some clients.

Can I buy my own software for the company I am an employee?
