What is the best way to acquire skills so I can turn this 300k into an eventual income of 80-100k net a year?
Most of the business I see selling for 150k down or less dont provide enough income.
Would it be possible to put down 200k and get a bank loan or an owners note for a business selling for 800k that nets more?
