I've been working on my clothing line business for a little over a year now. We have a website, all the social medias, youtube videos. We should soon be releasing our first collection in spring including shirts, socks, glasses, and etc. I haven't ordered a bulk amount of shirts and tried selling them yet. But we have many good solid plans to get the name and our merchandise out there and sold. Should I first get my business registered/licensed/trademarked before trying to sell merchandise? If I don't register/license/trademark it what are some issues I might run into?
